Beaumont FC are champions of the Inner London Football League Cup after beating Bow Vets team 2-0 in the final.
The 2018 champions were unbeaten throughout, didn’t concede a single goal and scored fifteen in their six games en route to lifting the trophy in the final.
The Stepney based club faced and defeated an excellent and young Bow Vets 2-0 in the showpiece event with goals in each half from Abu Supian and Spiro Susa.
A jubilant Beaumont manager Rashid Ali said after lifting the trophy, “We play the game the right way and our focus is winning in style. We always try to put on a little show for people who come and watch us play. I’m really pleased that not only have we entertained but have been disciplined and focused. The statistics are a testament to the players and the management.
“Well done to Bow Vets who had enjoyed a tremendous season by winning promotion and reaching the cup final – They have had a phenomenal season and will be a force to be reckoned with.”
