Pre-registration opens for a new, once in a lifetime charity challenge

Pre-registration has opened for The London Landmarks Skyscraper Challenge 2023 – the first event of its kind in the WORLD!   Brought to you by Tommy’s, the UK’s largest pregnancy and baby loss charity, and organisers of the iconic London Landmarks Half Marathon, The London Landmarks Skyscraper Challenge will take place in central London at two of the capital’s most iconic skyscrapers – The Leadenhall Building and 30 St Mary Axe, affectionately known to many as The Cheesegrater and The Gherkin.   This exhilarating event combines a tower run up 42 floors of The Cheesegrater before a jaw dropping 200 metres abseil down The Cheesegrater OR a zipwire from the roof of The Leadenhall Building across London’s skyline into The Gherkin. A challenge not for the faint hearted, participants will run up The Cheesegrater before choosing their mode of descent.   A once in a lifetime event, the London Landmarks Skyscraper Challenge is scheduled to take place on the 9th-10th September 2023. Places are very limited, so pre-register now to ensure you find out when places become available.   The London Landmarks Skyscraper Challenge is a 100% not-for-profit event created by pregnancy charity Tommy’s to raise over £1 million for itself and many other charities.  As well as helping to raise vital funds for charity, this is your chance to see London like never before, with breath-taking views of London’s incredible landmarks, including the Tower of London, St Paul’s and The Shard.   Rachel Hodson, London Landmarks Skyscraper Challenge Event Director said:   “The secret is finally out! This event has been several years in planning so we are so excited to finally launch the London Landmarks Skyscraper Challenge. It promises to be a truly once in a lifetime experience for everyone that joins us. It will create memories that last forever, as well as raising valuable funds for Tommy’s and many other worthy causes.”   With places limited, pre-register your interest HERE.
