Middlesex based cricket coach Md Tanvir Ahamed has been selected as the Coach of the Year in the 2022 Middlesex Coaching Awards scheme.
This is significant recognition of the enthusiasm, commitment, and hard work he has displayed through coaching cricket to youngsters.
Tanvir has been relentless in coaching, mentoring and organising community activities. His hard work has been recognised as a result.
Speaking after the confirmation Tanvir said, “I am more than a little bit surprised to have received such fantastic recognition. I am grateful to my family, friends, my mentors for a lifetime of support.”
The former Scintilla Cricket Club star is now heading to Lord’s for the presentation of his award and to celebrate all he has done for cricket in Middlesex.
